Summary
Have found Elura 70 easy to use. Also use with it the Canon MD-50 mic and Canon's zoom through wide angle. Recommend it especially for kids sports and have also shot a friend's wedding with it.

Strengths
1. Enjoy the 18 power zoom
2. Still shots to card while taping work well and resonable resolution.
3. Multiple shots to card in "card mode" is great especially for little league shots.
4. Low light capability is good w/o LED.
5. Image stabilization works well
